Flu Shot Clinics


We have Flu Shot Clinics, for staff and students, scheduled for October at all schools provided by Cheyenne Laramie County Health Dept. at the following dates and times:

  • October 14th - Burns High School commons from 7:00 to 10:00 am
  • October 14th - Burns Elementary conference room from 10:15 to 12:00
  • October 14th - Carpenter Elementary gym from 1:30 to 3:30 pm
  • October 19th - Pine Bluffs High School commons from 7:00 to 10:00 am
  • October 19th - Pine Bluffs Elementary library from 10:15 to 12:00 pm
  • October 19th - Albin Elementary cafeteria from 1:30 to 2:45 pm


There will also be Flu Shot Clinics open to the community on the following dates and times:

  • October 19th - Albin Community Center from 3:00-4:00 pm
  • October 10th  - Pine Bluffs Health Fair (time TBD)


Forms/consents are below and also on the School Nurse webpage. The forms must be completed and presented on the day of the Flu Shot Clinic. You must bring your insurance card or provide insurance information on the form. Cheyenne Laramie County Health Department will bill  insurances. If you do not have insurance, the cost is $ 41.72 per flu shot.  The flu clinic is only for staff and students this year due to Covid. Return forms/consents by October 5th to the school nurse.
