Universal Free Meals - Extended

As our nation recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic, it is critical that our students have access to safe, healthy, and nutritious meals.  Beginning Monday, September 14th.  LCSD#2 will offer free meals to all of our enrolled students. Each student will be offered one free breakfast and lunch each day through the end of semester December 18th. There will be no lunch offered on early release days. A  la carte items will remain available for purchase for students having funds in their meal account. Virtual students should contact the school nearest to your home to schedule a meal pickup time. This program is fully funded by the USDA. Qualified families will still need to fill out free and reduced meal applications. In addition, all outstanding meal balances should be paid in full. Please contact your school if you have any questions.
