Flu Shot Clinics

 

The Cheyenne-Laramie County Health Department will be coming to our schools on October 18th and October 25th to host vaccine clinics. They will be offering the influenza vaccine and the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine to staff and students. There will be a vaccine clinic time open to the community at the Albin Community Center.

 

Monday, October 18th

7:00 AM-10:00 AM Pine Bluffs High School

10:15 AM-12:00 PM Pine Bluffs Elementary

1:30 PM-2:45 PM Albin Elementary

3:00-4:00 Albin Community Center

 

Monday, October 25th

7:00 AM-10:00 AM Burns High School

10:15 AM-12:00 PM Burns Elementary

 

Required Forms

The forms must be completed and presented on the day of the flu shot clinic. You must bring your insurance card or provide insurance information
on the form. The Cheyenne Laramie County Health Department will bill insurances. If you do not have insurance, the cost is $25.00 per flu shot and the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine is at no cost. Cash or checks are acceptable payment options. The vaccine clinics at the schools are only for staff and students this year due to Covid. Please return forms/consents by October 14th to the front office at your respective school.
