Each week the students will have some homework.

1.  Lit Bags: a bag of books based on a theme (ie. Ancient Egypt, Seasons, Manners, Cowboys, etc.)  Every Thursday, the students will be able to check out a Lit Bag from Ms. Sears.  The bags contains an average of 6 books on that theme.  This provides the student with extra, new reading material every week at home.  The students need to return the bag by the following Thursday in order to check out the next bag.

2.  Spelling:  On each full week (4 day school week), the students will have a spelling list given on Mondays and tested on Thursdays.

3. Unfinished Work: If the students is unable to finish their work during the school day, they will take it home to finish and bring back the next day.
