Be Somebody!! (Cowboy Ethics)

This year, Burns Elementary is rolling out the Be Somebody! program, based on the program Cowboy Ethics.  This teaches the foundational life skills required for every child to be successful.  Each month, a grade level will present a kickoff lesson  to introduce the word of the month.  Then each class and their buddy classrooms will work together to learn more about the meaning of that word and how it pertains to real life.

October: Duty

November:  Optimism

January:  Honor

February:  Heart

March:  Fair

April:  Courage

May:  Authenticity
