2016-2017 Teacher Base Compensation


Base Salary = $45,750 Salary + benefits (for an estimated total of $62,775.79 for single and $75,675.19 for family coverage)

    • Total Contribution of 16.62% of gross salary (14.315% contributed by the District and 2.305% by the employee)

  • Health Insurance
    • WEBT Insurance administered by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming
    • Eligibility: Permanent Employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week
    • Coverage effective the 1st of the month following date of hire
    • Employee plan selection change:  Month of May employees can change plans with a July effective date
    • Open enrollment:  Month of November employees can add or drop dependents with January effective date
    • 3 Plan options
      • $1,000 deductible - $35 office visit copay – 80/20 coinsurance – 91% of premium paid by District
      • $1,500 deductible - $45 office visit copay – 80/20 coinsurance – 99% of premium paid by District
      • $2,500 high deductible/HSA Plan –             80/20 coinsurance – 100% of premium paid by District
  • Dental Insurance
    • Coverage provided by Delta Dental
    • Eligibility: Permanent Employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week
    • Coverage effective the 1st of the month following date of hire
    • 100% of single premium paid by District
