Local Bids for our Insurance Company

Laramie County School District #2 is facilitating the acceptance of local bids for our insurance company for the District vehicles that were damaged by the hail storm.  We are acting on their behalf and are following the protocol that has been given to us by them. Our insurance company is also requesting bids from salvage buyers and they reserve the right to sell the vehicles to the highest bidder.  If you wish to view the exterior of the vehicles, they are located in Pine Bluffs along the street in the parking lot south of the high school.  None of the vehicles will be available to be driven nor will you be able to access the inside.  All of these vehicles are considered totaled by the insurance company.  Only a salvaged title will be able to be obtained.  All vehicles will be sold as is.  If you are awarded the bid, payment must be received by Wednesday September 14, 2016 at 3:00 MST.  If payment has not been made at that time, bid will be awarded to the next highest bidder.

Bids can be mailed or hand delivered to Laramie County School District #2, Attn: Vehicle Bid, 311 East 8th Street, P.O. Box 489, Pine Bluffs, WY 82082.  All bids are required to be sealed.  Any unsealed bids will be rejected.  Bids that do not contain the completed form below in its entirety will also be rejected.  One bid form is required for each vehicle.  Bids for multiple vehicles contained on one form will be rejected. Bids will be accepted until Monday, September 12, 2016 at 1:00 MST.
