Open enrollment for BCBS Health Insurance will take place from 11/1/16-11/30/16.
All eligible employees and their dependents that haven’t already enrolled may complete a new application during this time and enroll effective 1/1/17.
In November staff who don’t have the health insurance can add it, or add or drop dependents. The effective date is January 1st.
All Employees were recently emailed the necessary forms. Please have all forms returned to Jenny Pratt no later than November 30th.
If you already have the BCBS Health Insurance you do not need to do anything at this time, unless you wish to add or drop dependents.
